Shipping and delivery

Presently, our processing time for "in-house" items is 7-10 business days after order is placed. Order cut off each day is 2 pm EST. (Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)

There are times (holiday season, Spring) when your order may take a little longer to process due to heightened shopping periods, and/or national shipping delays. We will always communicate any delays in processing and shipping your order on our site, social media pages, and email.

Processing and Shipping Information for Apparel & Lifestyle Products

Please note that the processing time for all apparel and lifestyle products is between 7 business days before shipping (excluding holidays). If you have ordered both apparel and "in-house items," please be aware that your apparel and/or lifestyle items will be shipped separately, as they are fulfilled by our partner fulfillment center and not "in-house".

Our Apparel and lifestyle related products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
